  5. INGREDIENTS             AMOUNTS        PROCEDURES

  7. | Salsa verde           : 1 2/3 cp     1. Heat salsa, sugar, vinegar and
  8. | Sugar brown           : 3 Tb            liquid smoke until sugar is
  9. | Vinegar               : 1 1/2 ts        dissolved. Stir frequently.
  10. | Smoke liquid          : 1/4 ts       2. Marinate ribs in sauce overnight.
  11. | Beef ribs w/ bone     : 4 1/2 lb     3. Place ribs on baking sheet, meaty
