YIELD: 6 MEXICAN RIBS
COOKING TEMP: 350F PORTION: 1 RIB
COOKING TIME: 1 1/2 HR COOKING PAN: BAKING PAN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Salsa verde : 1 2/3 cp 1. Heat salsa, sugar, vinegar and
| Sugar brown : 3 Tb liquid smoke until sugar is
| Vinegar : 1 1/2 ts dissolved. Stir frequently.
| Smoke liquid : 1/4 ts 2. Marinate ribs in sauce overnight.
| Beef ribs w/ bone : 4 1/2 lb 3. Place ribs on baking sheet, meaty
|. side up. Brown at 350F for 25 to 30
min.
4. Turn; ladle on sauce to coat.
Continue baking at 350F until
tender.
